Corn Dog's story didn't start with fireworks and BBQs. She was found running through the cornfields of rural Illinois alongside five other dogs after they were abandoned. Three long days later, every dog was safely trapped, and thousands of people followed their rescue journey. Together, they became affectionately known as The Glizzy Gobblers.
While they all captured hearts, Corn Dog quickly became a fan favorite. Between her adorable overbite, endless charm, and wonderfully goofy personality, she's impossible not to love. She has a way of making everyone smile.
This Fourth of July, Corn Dog has one simple request: enjoy a hot dog (a glizzy, of course!) in her honor, celebrate second chances, and remember that every rescue deserves a happy ending.
